A young graduate from Machakos University is appealing for assistance in securing employment.
James told DJOGDJA NEWS.co.ke that he graduated in 2024 with First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
He explained that he has been actively searching for a job but has yet to find one, which has left him feeling desperate.
“I have applied for several jobs, but I’m yet to get any. At this point, I’m open to any kind of work, although getting one aligned with my career would be ideal. Right now, I have no job at all,” he said.
Machakos University graduate seeks scholarship opportunity
James also expressed his desire to further his education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
“If I get someone to sponsor me for a Master’s, I would really appreciate it. A genuine scholarship would mean a lot to me—whether it’s at a university in Kenya or abroad,” he added.
He called on well-wishers to support him either by helping him secure a job or access a scholarship, so he can improve his life and continue his academic journey.
