After Paris, Cannes and Polynesia, Chef Jean Imbert is setting up shop in at Mont-Saint-Michel. From the architecture to the dishes, everything has been redesigned.

An iconic location

century by the Poulard family, Logis Sainte-Catherine has stood the test of time, serving many purposes: lodgings for curators, fire brigade accommodation... until eventually falling into disuse. Keen to restore this space to its former glory, the CMN launched a service concession in 2021, which Mauviel1830 won for a fifteen-year duration.
